On March 10, 2021 DWR staff person Caitlin Caudle reviewed the submitted 2020 residuals annual report. The annual report

C lists the soil series for this field as Rhodiss (RnB).
* The annual Field Application Summary Forms include the Ib/ac of lime applied to fields that required lime according to the
soil reports, but no date of application was listed. Moving forward, please include the date of lime application.
