Just spoke to Ian. There never was a DWQ 401 Water Quality Certification issued for any prior
phases and based on what the PCN shows on pages 5 & 6 of 12 it remains under the threshold
for the higher fee.
I understand Ian is going to see you later today. I'll give him the hold letter (for paper trail
purposes) & the check for correction.

Laurie,
The cumulative wetland impacts (both permanent and temporary) from previous phases and the
proposed phases exceed 1.0 acres. This is similar to the Highcroft Village Phase II project, and
the fee was $570, which is why 1 submitted $570. Please let me know if I still need to submit a
new check for $240.
Enjoy your long weekend.

Thanks, but the check is too big. Don't need $570 - need $240. Project is under an acre of
wetland & below 150 If of stream - so lesser fee applies.
I'm leaving about 2 this afternoon & will be off on Friday; back in the office on Tuesday. I'll try
to get this check in the mail to you today for quick turnaround.
