In anticipation of the general permit renewal I was instructed by Bethany Georgoulias to have my client make
sure their billing information was correct on their permit summary. I am having the form completed for the
Owner contact, but I wanted to email you to update our billing contact as the website instructs.
I need to change the facility contact from David Hambrick to the following:
Paul McSwain, Senior Operations Manager, 9827 Mount holly Road, Charlotte, NC 28214 and 740-409-1624
and paul.mcswaingfontainemod.com
Can you please confirm this change and let me know if I need to do anything else.
