A site inspection was conducted on August 15, 2012 to verify the presence of a previously identified isolated
wetland The previous determination was made prior to the construction of Fairwoods Drive This determination
indicated that a portion of an isolated wetland occupied 9 Fairwoods Drive Since that initial determination was
made, a large headwater portion of this isolated wetland has been impacted by Fairwoods Drive and lot fill During
the August 15, 2012 site inspection, I determined that the wetland did not meet all three wetland parameters
(hydrology, hydric soils, and/or vegetation) and therefore is no longer a wetland To place fill, drain or otherwise
alter this area would not require a permit from DWQ
This on -site determination shall expire five (5) years from the date of this letter Landowners or affected parties that
dispute a determination made by the DWQ or Delegated Local Authority may request a determination by the
Director An appeal request must be made within sixty (60) days of date of this letter or from the date the affected
party (including downstream and /or adjacent owners) is notified of this letter
A request for a determination by the Director shall be referred to the Director in writing c/o Karen Higgins, DWQ

If you dispute the Director's determination you may rile a petition for an administrative hearing You must file the
