10. Comments: Project work is complete. Groundcover has been established throughout both areas of the site.
Measures have been removed from the side accessed by Technology Drive, and area
stabilized. To address the area accessed by Son -Lan Parkway, a letter of consent was received
from Son Lan Classic Development Company allowing measures to remain prior to
development.
Brian Burkhardt provided photos showing the removal of measures and ground stabilization.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional
self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is in compliance and released under
the SPCA. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities (NCGO1) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of
Termination (NOT). The NOT is available at:
https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Fonns/NCGOI-Termination. Please note that this correspondence
must be uploaded as part of completing the NOT process.
