On March 3, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Daniel Ray on site. During the inspection,the
following issues were noted:
1)The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan on site was not complete and has not been maintained. The permittee shall
immediately begin maintaining the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan as outlined in the NCG070000 General Permit.
2) Qualitative Monitoring has not been conducted and documented. The permittee shall immediately begin qualitative
monitoring efforts as outlined in the NCGO60000 General Permit.
