Replace 3 36" RCPs with 1 @13'-7"x 4'-7"Aluminum Box Culvert. See attached drawings and photos.The
area was damaged during one of the storms in 2020 and is listed on FEMA damage inventory for Division 6.
The existing pipes are severely perched at outlet end (see photos).The outlet of proposed culvert will not be
able to be buried due to severe gradient difference from inlet side to outlet side elevations.The outlet side will
be built up with Class II riprap up to outlet invert elevation (see details).The Class II riprap is also added to
stabilize the channel (scour hole)downstream of the culvert.Joanne Steenhuis visited the site on February
16, 2021.
