NO CONSTRUCTION SHALL COMMENCE PRIOR TO A PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING WITH THE PROJECT ENGINEER AND THE CONTRACTOR. BEA RECOMMENDS TO CONTRACT WITH THE CERTIFIED OPERATOR PRIOR TO THE PRE -CONSTRUCTION MEETING SO HE/SHE CAN BE PRESENT AND BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE SYSTEM DURING THE INSTALLATION. B. ALL ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING WORK SHALL MEET OR EXCEED N.C. BUILDING CODE AND BE APPROVED BY THE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH IN ADDITION TO CITY/COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTIONS. C. ANY ALTERATIONS TO THE PLANS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER. D. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE PROPER UTILITY COMPANIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF WORK THE CONTR ACTOR CTOR SHALL OBTAIN AND PAY FOR, PRIOR E 0 OR TO THE BEGINNING OF ANY WORK, ALL PERMITS AND LICENSES NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE WORK. PROVIDE SHORING AND OTHER METHODS OF PROTECTIONS AS NEEDED TO ENSURE THE CONDITION AND OPERATION OF THOSE UTILITIES TO REMAIN. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONFIRM AS ENCOUNTERED AND COORDINATE AS NECESSARY. G. CONTRACTOR(S) SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADEQUATESUPERVISION TO PREVENT DAMAGE AND MOVEMENT FROM EQUI PMENT WORKING AROUND CONSTRUCTION STAKES. THESE CONSTRUCTION STAKES SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE AND BE PROTECTED UNTIL OWNER APPROVES THEIR REMOVAL. ANY STAKES THAT HAVE BEEN DISPLACED AS A RESULT OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY ARE TO BE REPLACED BY A LICENSED LAND SURVEYOR ENGAGED BY THE CONTRACTOR AT NO COST TO THE OWNER. H. UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEAN THE ENTIRE SITE OF ALL CONSTRUCTION RELATED MATERIAL OR DEBRIS TO THE OWNERS SATISFACTION. I.
