Additional infoiuiation was received January 31, 2006. Division staff have reviewed this information and found it to be as stringent as the Division's requirements. Adding this component to your current program does not change any program procedures or requirements in 143-215.1(f) or 15A NCAC 2H .0218(a). Therefore, the City of Gastonia can begin issuing permits for the construction and operation of new public pump stations and force mains and modifications to proposed or existing public pump stations and force mains within the City of Gastonia corporate limits and areas of extraterritorial jurisdiction. The existing program for public gravity sewers will also operate as noiuial. All procedures and communications with the Division regarding your program will remain the same as previously practiced. The following collection systems shall continue to be permitted by the Division: 1. Private gravity sewer systems; 2. Private pump station and force main projects; 3.
