Are maintenance records for sewer lines available?
Are records available that document pump station inspections?
Are SCADA or telemetry equipped pump stations inspected at least once a week?
Are non-SCADA/telemetry equipped pump stations inspected every day?
Are records available that document citizen complaints?

Comment: Facility staff indicated that grease intormation is distributed twice per year
(at a minimum). Staff need to determine the presence of high priority lines and any
remote areas not accessible by the driveways. The Permittee and staff must also
ensure to document all sewer line maintenance activities, high priority line inspections
(twice per year if applicable), distribution of grease education information (twice per
year), and the annual general observation of the entire system including remote
locations (if applicable).
