Dear Mr. Montebello:
ELG Utica Alloys SIU permit No. CM-34; is no longer in production and has discontinued
discharging process wastewater to the City of Monroe sewer system. A final inspection to
confirm closure was conducted on February 5, 2021. We request that this facility be dropped
from SIU status. I have included an updated Allocation Table reflecting this industry being
dropped from SIU status.

Dear Kevin:
This letter is for the purpose of informing you that ELG Utica Alloys LLC, Monroe will no longer be
operating our Wastewater Treatment system and has removed the system completely.This system was
heavily damaged in the fire that occurred on April 7,2020 and it was not feasible to rebuild.
We would like to formally request that our permit be canceled as of today's date.

Dear Mi•. Wallace:
This letter is to serve as official notification of your facility being dropped from STU status.
During the inspection on February 5,2021 it has been confirmed that the discharge pipe 01 for
process wastewater discharged from your facility to the City of Monroe sewer system has been
disconnected and your facility is no longer discharging process wastewater. Significant Industrial
User Permit No. CM-34 for ELG Utica Alloys has been revoked per your request. Your facility
shall notify the City of Monroe prior to any future discharge of process wastewater.
