In reference to project B 4488 Craven Bridge #176 in Craven County, (WBS element
number 33725 1 2) NCDOT respectfully requests to withdraw our previously submitted
individual permit application and would like to apply for a Categorical Exclusion NWP 23
for this project Please find attached a revised PCN indicating a NWP 23 Permit Please
use all previously submitted documentation for your use as supporting materials in this
request as nothing has been modified in the scope of the project other than the type of
permit applied for
