Good morning Craig The Morrisville Parkway Phase III IP Modification application was
submitted to your office on June 19, 2012 I am sure that you haven't had a chance to review
the application yet, but I wanted to touch base with you about the project To give you some
background, an IP was issued for all future phases of the Morrisville Parkway, with construction
level approval for Phase I and conceptual level approval of all future phases based on worst case
scenarios for the wetlands and stream impacts The Morrisville Parkway Extension IP required
that the IP be modified for each future phase once the actual impacts had been determined from
construction level design
In my previous conversations with Jamie Shern, he had said that since this was a modification to
the IP, and that the alignment of Phase III was approved under the initial IP, that the project
would not need to go on public notice Therefore, I did not include any of the standard Public
Notice Information In the application
DWQ has contacted me and would like conflrmation that the project does not require a Public
Notice, so that they can proceed with review of the application Could you please confirm that a
Public Notice Is not required for this IP modification 2
