Facility was neat and clean. Records were well organized. DMR's for the months of December 2014 and April 2015 were reviewed and no reporting discrepancies were noted. pH for outfall was not being recorded at outfall 001 as required by the permit. pH was being taken at outfall 004, which is the final outfall of the combined wastewater streams from the facility before discharge. ORC will correct error.
