Hi Alaina,
Attached is the final report for this property. I re-confirmed today that no land disturbing activity has taken
place at 1833 Avalon Avenue. Only 1 house sits on this property, which has been there since 2016 at the
latest. The additional land disturbing activity permitted by our office on 11/12/19 (permitting 3 lots) never
occurred.

They did, about a week after they obtained the NCGO1 COC, according to the documentation that was uploaded with the
NOT. So, I'm confused about why they waited until now to close the COC since they sold the property in 2019. That's
what makes me think the project is complete and what actually needs to happen is for them to obtain E&SC plan close-out
documentation.
Anyway, please let me know what you find out.

A Notice of Termination for NCGO1 coverage was submitted for Avalon Oaks South, covered under Permit# GP 78-06.
The cited reason for termination is sale of the property, but I'm wondering if the site is actually stabilized and should be
closed out. Would you please let me know the current status of this project?
