Columbia Carolina operates under Certificate of Coverage Number NCG210136. Stormwater samples were not collected due to not enough flow for stormwater sampling. Outfall #2 is under Tier II and will continue to be sampled until three consecutive analytical results below benchmarks. Due to a miscommunication with the lab, Outfall 43 and Outfall 45 were not sampled in December 2020 and since the correct bottles arrived onsite, there has been no discharge. We intend to take makeup samples for Outfall 43 and Outfall 45 as soon as possible, after a Stormwater discharge occurs. If you have any questions or comment, please contact me at (828) 460-6245.
