The Division of Water Quality has reviewed the application request tuadc by Autobell Car Vv`ash CoOil ,Tune 18. 2007 for the subject recycle system. In accordance with NC State Administrative; Code 15 I CAC 02T, effective September 1. 2006, the recycle system at Autobell Car Alash Co. (Marvin Gardens) meets the requirements of 1 A NCB, C 02T .100 (a) for systems to be deemed permitted, Tie recycle system at Autobell Car Wash Co. (Marvin Gardens) is not required to maintain an active Water Quality Permit provided that the facility continues to comply with the requirements of 1 A 1 CA(:' 02T .1000, Please be advised that the deemed permitted classification from the Division of 'eater Quality does not approve the placement of water using fixtures in this facility (such as a sink, water closet, urinal, or drinking fountain).
