Lisa,
We can add you as a billing contact for this COC. That contact is copied on all invoices and reminder notices. Would
that be appropriate? Initially, we only had the legally responsible person and the site contact provided on the original
NOI as email contacts for these annual fees. Now we collect a billing contact at the NOI step as well. But we have a way
to add it for existing permits.
If any other contacts have changed for this project, please let us know. You can review the COC file here:
