You are saying that you are affiliated with NCG100080 in Salisbury, and you have nothing to do with the NCG100040 located in Guilford County. We have inspection records that show that site in Guilford County is actually closed. But forsome reason, there was an ownership change in 2017 that assigned it to LKQ Salisbury. We think this was a mistake on someone's part with LKQ because here's what the inspection report for NCG100040, the Guilford site, says: Inspection Date: 11104i2020 Previous Inspection Date: Planned Inspection CLtr: Enter Inspection Summary This site was inspected for compliance on November 4, 2020_ At the time of inspection, the facility at 3720 Burlington road appeared to he vacant with no ongoing industrial activities_ LK-Q is currently operating at 100 Ward Road, and the SWPPP appeared to he updated to reflect the ongoing operations at location_ This includes conducting sampling of an autfall with a most recent sampling date of 07/24/2C We could use some help to resolve this if possible. Do you have a contact at LKQ's location there? It appears they think that they have active coverage under this permit, NCG100040, which was for a different location. Permits cannot be transferred to different location. I think this may be how the mix-up happened. That site should obtain a separate permit. If not, our regional office will need to inform them they are currently operating without a permit by other means. We apologize for all this confusion. I have submitted every form I have been asked to and requested in a number of occasions that the billing for this permit (NCG100040) not be sent to LKQ Salisbury. NCG10040 is in Guilford county and does not belong to LKQ Salisbury. This permit is being billed to the wrong location, clearly as a clerical error.
