This inspection was performed by DWR representative Jim Gonsiewski. The compliance inspection report for this inspection is enclosed for your review. A separate DWR office file review of self -monitoring data for the period of April 2018 through November 2018 was also conducted. The inspection of the wastewater irrigation system program reflects compliance with permit WQ0006941. Our office appreciates your diligence in properly maintaining your wastewater irrigation program. Our office also appreciates your prompt attention in addressing the violations listed in the Notice of Violation to your office dated June 18, 2018.
