The maximum allowed side slope for the bypass channel is 3:1, which has been exceeded in the diagram. In your resubmittal, please provide one -foot proposed contour lines for the bypass channel. It appears that the whole system requires more space to accomodate the bypass channel and also for the grading between the scour hole and the bypass channel. If this is the case, please provide an updated PCN form to reflect the additional impacts in the buffer. 2. Please provide all relevant elevations and dimensions on the splitter box detail. The DWQ would prefer a professionally drawn detail of the splitter box. 3. Please sign and seal all plan sheets. These items will be conveyed in a request for more information letter. Thanks for allowing this process to continue in this manner. I've heard from the HOA and they're anxious to get started on the repair work.......... which is good to hear. Thanks for all your help! I am glad to see that you decided to incorporate a flow splitting device and bypass channel. I think that will greatly enhance the performance of the device. I was wondering if you could please provide a detail of the flow splitting device for my review. Also, could you please provide a plan sheet that includes the proposed topographic contour lines for the bypass channel? If you can provide these by close of business on May 17 and they are acceptable, then Amy and I could approve the project without another request for more information letter.
