Already Permitted?
Aziza, once I approve the Modification, I will cancel the NOI application for this one.
We will reserve the $100 payment that should appear on your report tomorrow for the annual fee for NCC190290, due
to be invoiced in May.
Thanks,

Go ahead and complete the modification, and I'll push that through later today or early tomorrow.
We'll make note of the payment for this annual fee on the other one.
Thanks!

We are definitely still in this neighborhood for a while. I will choose option 41. Can I go ahead and complete
the modification form now or do you need to do something first?

If you already paid, we will not be able to refund it.
There are a few options:
1) We can cancel this NOI application, and you can use the modification form to add Lot 793 to NCC190290
instead. We will reserve the $100 payment and apply it to the annual fee for NCC190290, which will be invoiced on
May 1. If you expect construction will continue in this subdivision into the next permit year (past May), this is a good
option to go ahead and take care of the annual fee.
2) We can cancel this NOI application and apply the payment to another separate new NOI for Triple A Homes (a
different project, if there is one coming in soon).
3) You can just get this separate COC for Lot 793 and terminate it upon completion of the lot (submit notice of
termination upon close-out inspection). It will be billed separately next year unless it is closed out before Feb 1, 2022.
Let us know which you'd like to do.

yes it is in the same neighborhood. No I guess it doesn't need an entirely new COC but I just assumed
because I had already done an application for this lot on its own that I couldn't add it to the existing COC that
we have for Chapel Ridge. If I can go ahead and add it, just let me know.
I just did complete the payment for 793, not sure if that will mess things up?
Let me know if I should add it to the existing COC.

Good morning,
There is already an active COC for Chapel Ridge in Pittsboro issued to Triple A Homes, and we had several
modifications to that approved this morning for additional lots (not including Lot 793, but one example is attached
that was included).
Does Lot 793 need an entirely new COC, or is it in the same subdivision and being constructed by the same
operator? In that case, it could just be added to the existing COC as modification, and this new eNOI referenced
below can be cancelled.
Please advise so we know whether you intended to obtain a separate COC, or if this is the same subdivision project
under the other COC. Thank you!
