Office have confirmed that this PerrniL is no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your request, State
Permit No. wq0000037 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future you wish to azain operate a nondischarge wastewater treatment sytem, you must First apply for
and receive a new State Permit, Operating a wastewater facility without a valid State Permit will subject the
responsible pary to a civil penalty of up to $ 10,000 per day.
