We have not operated this facility since November of 2019. We have repurposed the free stall barn to store hay and equipment. The waste storage pond still exists and is being monitored, but nothing other than rainfall has entered the pond. We have built berms and sealed pipes that led to the pond. We have not pumped out of this pond since the fall of 2019. We still have the ability to pump but that has not been an issue so far. There are currently no funds available to close the waste storage pond even with cost sharing. My only option is continue to monitor. The waste storage pond itself is in good shape and is being maintained. Sincerely, Michael Beeson DEVICES TO At TOMATTCAI.
