Please find attached a copy of a request for Permit Rescission for the BMC East facility located in Greensboro, NC. As
contained within the form, the facility ceased operations December 18, 2020 and we currently have no plans to restart
operations at this facility. We understand that should we desire to re -open this facility in the future that a new Notice of
Intent will be required prior to beginning operations. Please contact me to schedule a closure site visit as described in
North Carolina regulations and either I or another representative of the corporation will assist you. A hard copy of this
request will be mailed as instructed within seven days. As always, please do not hesitate to contact me should you have
any questions.
