All samples of the effluent must be reported on the DMR and all parameters that are required in the permit must be analyzed and reported on your DMR as per your permit. If you have further questions please contact me or our staff. Thanks. Please forward a copy of the ORC designation to our office via mail or fax 910-486-0707 attention to myself as well as sending a one to Raleigh/Training and Certification Unit. Please remember DMRs must be submitted to Central Files no later than *30 days* after the end of the *reporting* month. To answer the effluent limitation question, methylene chloride has probably been found in the waste stream in the past and monitoring only is all we require at this time. That is not uncommon to have monitoring requirements only, it helps DWQ to gather data to determine if a limit is needed in the future. If you have further questions do not hesitate to contact me or Mark Brantley. . Thanks. Belinda Steve Davis wrote: Ms. Henson, As a follow-up to our conversation on April 4, 2006, please advise as pertaining to the January, February and March 2006 DMR's for the Cookson Remediation site. As mentioned I was not the ORC for this facility during January and February operations, but was responsible for the last two weeks of March. I have completed the ORC designation form and forwarded to the 1 of 2 4/17/2006 1:00 PM Re: Cookson Remediation Site "Owner" for completion. I want clarification regarding the signing of the DMR's mentioned above. I am generating these documents for the "Owner" and would like to submit data as soon as possible. On the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements page of the permit, Methylene Chloride is listed as a monthly grab sample with no limitations, can you elaborate? Thanks for your help regarding this matter. Stephen L. Davis ORC Belinda S.
