Waters Edge Environmental, LLC (Waters Edge) is submitting this correspondence to
inform you the above referenced remediation system is currently out of operation due to
an apparent lightning strike, causing electrical component damage. Waters Edge is
currently waiting for new electrical components to be installed and anticipates system
restart the week of September 17t' 2007.
Waters Edge anticipates this notification complies with the requirements of the NPDES
permit. Further correspondence will be forwarded once the system is once again
