Good morning Natalie!
I know you have already been out at the above site in recent weeks doing the NPDES inspections. Terry and
Bradley kept me in the loop on your findings and that they will remove the rip rap at the sewer location.
Bradley sent me the attached red -line drawing to discuss with you. The contractor accidentally cleared a 10'
area of the buffer on the other side of the sewer line - an area we previously didn't show as impact. It was a
mistake and not done knowingly. Bradley Bowling (cc -ed on this email) provided the drawing that shows the
area that was cleared. To that end, the permitted area that we originally requested will now NOT BE
IMPACTED. In essence, they just shifted the clearing limits, so there is no additional impact. The areas will be
stabilized, of course.
Please let me know if you are ok with this approach and if this red line drawing is sufficient for your files. Bradley,
please feel free to jump in if I've miss - stated something in this email.
