12. A HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION SHALL BE FORMED PRIOR TO THE SALE OF LOTS TO THE END USER, AND MEMBERSHIP SHALL BE AUTOMATIC UPON
PURCHASE WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT. THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION SHALL COMPLY WITH THE STANDARDS SET FORTH IN SECTION 6.11.2.1 OF THE
