to answer the Town's questions regarding this program.
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your Notice of Violation letter dated November 16,
2020. Please be assured that the Town of Weaverville intends to take the action outlined in
your November 16 letter in an expeditious manner and within the deadlines indicated.
To that end the Weaverville Town Council will consider and is expected to adopt a
resolution declaring support for a compliant stormwater management program on
December 21, 2020, and, upon adoption, will provide a copy to you.
