This is a courtesy notification from the North Carolina Department of Transportation for the use of
a NW 3 & 13 permit for the replacement of a pipe and riprap placement on SR 1160 in Washington County
The pipe is located 1 1 miles from SR 1160 (35 815250 76 394098) The existing pipe is 1 @ 48 x 48
Corrugated Metal Pipe The pipes will be completely removed following NCDOT BMP s for pipe
replacement The proposed pipe is I @ 1] 7 x 79 x 48 Corrugated Aluminum Pipe Arch with headwalls
and riprap on both ends The pipe is located in a UT to Thirty Foot Canal Class C Sw waters Permit
drawings and a topo map are included in this letter If you need any additional information or have any
