This is a courtesy notification from the North Carolina Department of Transportation for the use of
a NW 3 & 13 permit for the replacement of a pipe and riprap placement on SR 1311 in Hyde County The
pipe is located 4 5 miles NW of SR 1313 (35 56417 76 10424) The existing pipes are 2 @ 72 x 60
Corrugated Metal Pipe The pipes will be completely removed following NCDOT BMP s for pipe
replacement The proposed pipes are 2 @ 87 x 63 x 60 Corrugated Aluminum Pipe Arch with r1prap on
both ends The pipe is located in Jarvis Canal Class C Sw waters a tributary to Lake Mattamuskeet
Class C Sw waters Permit drawings and a topo map are included in this letter If you need any
