Mr. Bell's planting proposal is fine.
At this point I need him to show where on his house the rain barrels will be installed and a narrative of when they will be
installed. Also I need a signed document stating that once the barrels fill up with rainwater, he will apply the rain water
to his plants on his property and that any repairs needed to the rain barrels will be done immediately as needed.

I figure it's bugging you when I could probably find this information online somewhere but I'm too lazy when I
know you already have this stuff memorized! I have passed along the deadlines.
Since I'm guessing they will keep the OAH case open until they have final approval of everything for the
variance, we have to continue to go through his attorneys. If you could just e -mail me whatever you want me to
pass along, that would be great. (I would be fine with you e- mailing Cathy directly if it were any other attorney,
