The impacts proposed are for the relocation of 6 inch water main running parallel to NC Highway 118. Proposed impacts are temporary and for 0.05 acres of wetlands. Water line realignment is to be within existing utility easement and no new right -of -way will be required. In accordance with General Certification 3819 impacts for your proposed project do not require written concurrence as long as they comply with conditions of the subject certification. A copy of this Certification in enclosed for your convenience. You are authorized to proceed with your project as proposed under General Water Quality Certification (WQC) #3819. This Certification(s) allows you to use Nationwide Permit(s) 12 when issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). If at anytime during construction of your project you determine that you cannot meet these conditions or if there are any impacts to riparian buffer, wetlands, or water quality not described in your application, you must contact this Office immediately.
