S&W is going to develop a plan to allow the leachate to flow off the site into a collection box and either go onto a vegetative area or into the existing leacate collection system, S&W will have a plan in 30 days. Owner bermed the surface drain on 1-13-2021 and has allowed no more Leachate to escape. Owner will continue to keep the drain bermed until a permenant fix can be implemented.
