In accordance with Part III, Section E.1 and E.2. of the above referenced stormwater permit, Duke
Energy Progress, LLC respectfully submits, an original and one copy of Year 5- Period 1— 2"d Quarter
SDOMR for the facility stormwater outfalls. Hardcopies are now mailed to the regional office and
electronic copies are uploaded to DEQ website.
This submittal includes the one outfali that did not have flow during the reporting period. Please note,
SW-7 and SW-8 have not been constructed and are not included in this submittal. New stormwater
outfalls SW009, SWO10, SW011, SW012, and SWOl3, added with the November issuance of the
permit, were not subject to monitoring during the period.
