Describe the We currently run a very strict NPDES phase 2 program, that incorporates the
attachments: WSWP regulations and requirments into that program. We have also added water
quantity regulations to our development/redevelopment regulations as well, that
are triggered at a 20,000 square foot disturbance and is required for ALL new
impervious area on site. Our Stormwater ordinances that incapsulate the WSWP
