I had a telephone technical assistance conversation with ORC Daniel Wilson regarding the facility
noncompliance for the past three months. Weekly violations for BOD & Fecal for April and a weekly
violation for fecal during May, and a TSS weekly violation for the month of June. Daniel claims lab
error for the violations although he has no proof. It was suggested that the fecal sample day change to
the beginning of the week (instead of Friday) so he would have an opportunity to resample if it was
necessary. He claims to be keeping a daily log describing the appearance of the samples when he.
collects them,. (it may be a .good idea to ask to see the log when ever you are at his facility)
