Conducted review of DMRs and lab reports from January through April 2009. All data appeared consistent and within limits with the exception of a fecal coliform exceedance for the second week of February 2009 where an NOV was issued. Daily Togs were reviewed as well as,field pararneter calibration/testing documentation. After records review, observations were made of the treatment plant and all units appeared to bein good working order. Some maintenance should be performed on the structures of the plant to include, removal of rust and repainting of the walls and rails. Effluent appeared clear at the time of inspection.
