Good Morning Mr. Rawls: In your letter dated May 11, 2012 you requested that the Town develop and submit a
Plan of Action addressing several items that needs attention at the Wastewater Treatment Plant by June 22,
2012. We have begun this process, but are requesting an extra 30 day extension. We feel that with the extra time
we will be able to address all concerns and meet the July 22, 2012 deadline. Thank you for your consideration
