referenced pro�ect A Public Notice issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers will be necessary to
beg�n the review and approval process Please note that the followmg must be received prtor to issuance
of a 401 Water Quality Certification
Unt�l the Public Notice is prov�ded I w�ll request (by copy of thts letter) that the Corps of Eng�neers place
th�s pro�ect on hold Also this pro�ect w�ll be placed on hold for our processing due to incomplete
