object to this request.
NPDES CoC NCG520075 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the
file for the Division, and for your records.
If in the future your company wishes to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters,
you must first apply for and receive a new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the

Mr. Weaver,
We have received an invoice for the Annual Permit for the Park Pit, permit #NCG520075. We have tried for
over a year to close this pit, see the Release Request attached . The owner we had leased the property from
passed away and the property was sold. The new owner tends the land and grows tobacco. We were instructed
to send pictures of the new owners crops and as you can see in the attachment the pictures were sent August 11,
2020. The lady who took my call in the payments department said to tell you we have been past due for 2 years
because we have been trying to close this pit.
Can you please assist us in the closing of the Park Pit?
