Subject:Approval of Flow Allocation for the PWC's Water Reclamation Facilities
Dear Mrs. Manning:
In accordance with your request received on January 11, 2021 for the allocation of flow for
the Rockfish Creek WRF, we are forwarding herewith approval of 400,000 gallons for the
2021 calendar year. In addition, we approve the allocation request of 100,000 gallons for
the 2021 calendar year for the Cross Creek WRF.
We ask that the monthly spreadsheet indicating the permit number, project name, amount
of flow permitted, remaining allocation, where the flow will be treated and the cumulative
flow allocated from each plant continue to be submitted to Trent Allen of this office.
Additionally, the quarterly report should continue to be submitted to Christyn Fertenbaugh
with the PERCS Unit at 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1617 and copied to
this office.
