RES would like to formally withdraw the Green Mesa Mitigation Site Plan Modification and PCN submitted on November
13, 2020. There have been additional hurdles in coordination with existing easements on the project parcel that will not
allow us to proceed at this point. Please let us know if you require any additional information or coordination with this
process.
