NPDES Industrial Stormwater Permit NCG160194.
This facility also has State Stormwater permit SW7080940 which requires a Permit Transfer Application Form found at

Please submit the Permit Transfer Application to Samir Dumpor, the Washington Regional Office supervisor, 252-948-
3859 [e-mail].
