I've done a (second, but a little more detailed) preliminary review of the application this morning, and it appears that you did not put any numbers in the impacts table, to quantify how many square feet of Zone 2 your building footprint will cover. If you could provide me that information, that will keep things moving as I complete my review, although at this point it appears that everything else is complete with the application. If I catch any other needs on my part, I'll make sure to e-mail you directly, in an effort to keep things moving forward. I'm an architect in Greenville, SC and I'm working with a client that intends to build a new residence on Ocracoke. Due to the effects the COV-19 virus is having on our daily lives and businesses, my client has asked me to check in with you on the status of their project — FARREY Residence. They are eager to move forward, but understand they could possibly be facing delays. When you have a chance, would you mind looking into this and letting me know. Thank you for your time, Thomas
