DWQ received a credit release re ort/Augdit

report included credits and debits associat d 4vii'oth buffer mitigation and nutrient offset mitigation,
DWQ has the following comments: `
1. Please enter the credit report/audit data into a spreadsheet. A blank template for use as a
reference is attached to this letter for your convenience.
2, Please create two spreadsheets to represent as your credit ledgers per your Umbrella Mitigation
Banking Instrument: "one accounting fad buffer mitigation credits (in square feet), which are
generated by buffer areas of <f50 feet in'ru-
idth
; and one accountingfor nitrogen offset credits,
which are generated from buffer areas > 51 feet in width "
3, Please submit a credit sale receipt or letter for each transaction that shows confirmation that the
purchasers have paid for the mitigation credits. A copy of the personal check is not being
requested.
As always, please copy DWQ on all correspondence related to credit sales, referencing the DWQ project
number associated with the impacts for which credits are being purchased as compensatory mitigation.
