I am in receipt of the NOV and several items have been addressed prior to a written response. The aerator in Lagoon 2
has been installed and is operational. Vegetation on lagoon banks has been removed. We are developing a plan to
address the near term and long term issues with suitable vegetative cover. The overgrown "weed" is scheduled to be cut
by a local farmer with the appropriate equipment and repairs and replacement of facilities is being scheduled. I am in
consultation with our ORC to address additional items in the NOV and intend to have answers and a fully developed plan
shortly.
