The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact buffers on the subject property. This project is on hold and incomplete until we receive the additional information requested below. If we do not receive the requested information, your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Please locate the project boundaries on the most recent bound and published Franklin County soil survey and USGS 1:24,000 topographic map for the project. 2. The project letter states that the Buffer Authorization application is for a walkway only but the application includes Open Water Impacts for a floating dock. Please clarify. If this application includes a floating dock, please check "PCN" on Page 1 of 11 and include the appropriate information. 3. In Section E(1)b, please clarify that all flow from the project will result in diffuse flow into Zone 2 of the buffer. Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter.
