Construction work is continuing all along Upward Road between Howard Gap Road and US Highway 176. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are being maintained as required and that seeding and mulching are being performed as needed, to protect State surface waters. Reviewed project with DOT staff and Blythe Development personnel. Construction is underway all along the project. Temporary bridge has been installed across Interstate 26. 2. New 48° RCP pipe at Sta. 24+00 has been installed and stream diverted. Banks on both sides of the pipe need to be seeded, mulched and matted. 3. Grade, seed and mulch area at Sta. 28+00. 4. Seed and mulch shoulders and slopes at Station 62+00 to 66+10. 5. Seed, mulch and mat inlet of 48 inch RCP at Sta. 80+00. 6. Continue to maintain all sediment and erosion control devices and seed, mulch and matt all disturbed areas when needed to protect State surface waters.
